Treasurer and Vice Treasurer

Thomas & Lori Lowry 

Lori and Thomas Lowry bring decades of combined organisational and financial experience to their roles in KO's team. Thomas, Treasurer, has spent over 30 years in finance and accounting, including 20 years with the Bank of the Cook Islands where he now serves as Management Accountant, alongside earlier roles as Manager – Crown Audits at the Cook Islands Audit Office and Financial Controller at the Ministry of Health. He holds a Bachelor of Management in Accounting from the University of Lethbridge, Canada.

Lori, Vice Treasurer, has spent over a decade as Office Manager at John Tierney and Associates in the Cook Islands and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from BYU-Pathway Worldwide, alongside a long history of community and volunteer service, including directing fundraisers and organising logistics for youth events. Together, they bring a steady combination of financial oversight and community-focused leadership to KO's executive.
